ERA Group became one of the winners of the Strong Business - Strong Russia competition

On Friday, December 20, in the Ryazan Regional Duma, the results of the economic competition "Strong Business - Strong Russia" were summed up.

ERA LLC became the winner in the nomination "Leader in the rate of job growth". Congratulating the laureates, Regional Duma Chairman Arkady Fomin noted that supporting entrepreneurship is of paramount importance for creating new jobs, replenishing the budget, implementing programs and projects. He recalled that 11 national projects are being implemented in the region.

- ERA Group has existed for over 20 years. This year was significant for us, as we joined the national project “Increasing labor productivity and supporting employment”. Over the past few months, our specialists have been actively studying the principles of lean manufacturing and actively introducing them into work processes. Therefore, congratulating you on the upcoming New Year, I wish to find new effective solutions for your business, ”Oksana Popova, General Director of ERA Group, emphasized in her response speech.

The "Strong Business - Strong Russia" competition has been held since 2014, and this year it was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the regional parliament. In 2019, the number of participants almost doubled and amounted to 60 organizations. President of the Ryazan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Tatyana Guseva noted that the main goal of the competition is to determine the most dynamically developing enterprises. This time, the winners were determined according to the following criteria: growth rates of products sold, payment of taxes, labor productivity, increased investment, wages, and the number of jobs.
